Train the Trainer

We use a state of the art colour profiling tool to equip disadvantaged and socially excluded young people with the tools to build self-belief and interpersonal skills.

We have developed a 2-day training programme that enables organisations to qualify their own leaders to deliver the programme internally to their students.

This course includes the following:

  • 2-day training and qualification programme
  • Access to purchase our bespoke personality profiles for your young people
  • Membership of network of qualified practitioners to provide support and materials ongoing

Please note:

Qualification remains valid for 1 year.  After that period practitioners may maintain their qualification by paying a renewal fee within 6mths of the end of the year and joining an ‘Update’ workshop. Beyond this period attendance at the TTT programme would be required for re-qualification.
